Co-founders Ted Reed, Todd Blakesley (Artisitc director), Mary Lou Reed and Roger Henderson outside the Crystal Palace in Mission Beach (1972-76). -- Dedicated exclusively to developing original works it mounted 27 world premieres and provided the laboratory for Todd's experimental work in Total Immersion Theater.

In the aftermath of September 11, 2001 Todd (as Managing Director) and Gayle Feldman (as Artistic Director) co-founded a theater dedicated to advancing women's roles on stage, plays by women and revisiting the classic with a non-gender bias.

After touring the Canadian Fringe circuit in 2001 Todd found his passion for all things Fringe, consuming. In 2013 he became a founding committee member of the San Diego International Fringe and served as a festival coordinator for five years.
