"CRAPSHOOT!" is based on the award-winning solo show written and performed by Todd Blakesley and directed by Rhianna Basore.
This digital version has been retooled by the same creative team to fit the requirements of performing during the pandemic. The entire 2020 Reykjavik International Fringe Festival will be online this year.
At its live stage premiere at the 2019 San Diego International Fringe Festival CRAPSHOOT! received a CRITIC'S CHOICE from the San Diego Union-Tribune and the Cultural Exchange Award from the Reykjavik Fringe in Iceland. In Washington, D.C. it received 5 stars from DC Metro Theatre Arts and their BEST OF FRINGE. It also received an MPR award at the Boulder (Colorado) International Fringe.
The times listed are Pacific Coast times (PDT). In SAN DIEGO it will air at 12:00PM (noon).
In Iceland it will start at 7:00PM (19,00) GMT and have a viewing party at Hlemmur Square Hotel.
Running time: 50 minutes, followed by a live Q&A.

Reykjavik Fringe Festival
Topping off a critically-acclaimed world premiere of CRAPSHOOT! at the 7th San Diego International Fringe Festival was a Cultural Exchange Award from the delegation from Iceland. CRAPSHOOT! is set for July 2020 in Reykjavik. Ótrúlegt!

MARFA'S first Fringe Festival
In January 2020 the Marfa Texas Theatre Incubator is hosting a 2-day Fringe. Day 1: solo shows only including CRAPSHOOT! Day 2: Ensemble shows. This is the start of an amazing Southwest Fringe Circuit. Stay tuned as more communities in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California and elsewhere climb on board. YeeHaw!
